UV DTF Gang Sheet Upload | Professional Hard-Surface Decals

Maximize your production with our Print-Ready UV DTF Gang Sheet Upload. This option is designed specifically for professionals and creators who prefer to build their layouts in their own software (like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) and want to skip the onsite builder for a faster workflow.

Our UV DTF transfers offer a premium "raised" 3D effect and permanent adhesion to almost any hard surface—no heat press required. Just peel, stick, and rub.

Your Layout, Our Industrial Precision

This "Direct Upload" service is streamlined for those with ready-to-print assets. Simply upload your finished gang sheet, and we provide the high-vibrancy, UV-cured printing your brand deserves.

• Complete Creative Control: Use your preferred professional tools to maximize every inch of your film.

• High-Volume Efficiency: Perfect for established brands and shops running large batches of tumblers, glassware, or promotional items.

• Superior Durability: Water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and fade-resistant. Our UV inks are built to handle daily use on wood, metal, glass, and plastic.

Submission Requirements

To ensure the highest quality output and the fastest turnaround, your file must meet the following "Print-Ready" standards:

• Sized Correctly: Your file must be sized to the exact dimensions of the gang sheet you are ordering.

• Transparent Background: All designs must be submitted with a transparent background. Any background colors visible in the file will be printed.

• High Resolution: We recommend 300 DPI to ensure small text and fine details remain crisp and clear.

• Finalized Layout: Please note that we are unable to manipulate, edit, or resize these files. They are sent directly to our production queue exactly as they are uploaded.

The UV DTF Advantage

• 3D Embossed Texture: Our UV inks create a slightly raised, high-end feel that mimics direct-to-object printing.

• No Heat Necessary: Apply easily to hard surfaces. The specialized adhesive creates a permanent bond without the need for a heat press.

• Vibrant White Ink: Every print includes a dedicated white ink layer, ensuring your colors pop even on dark or clear surfaces.

2. Upload Your File: Drag and drop your print-ready PNG or PDF.

    FAQs

Does it matter if my image has a white background?

DTF: Yes. DTF printers use white ink, so a white background will print as white. Use a transparent background if you don’t want it to show.

Sublimation: No. Sublimation printers don’t use white ink, so white areas won’t print and will show the color of the blank instead.

Sublimation: Why did the colors print dull?

Sublimation prints often look dull or faded before pressing — that’s completely normal. The colors are not fully activated until heat and pressure turn the sublimation ink into gas and bond it to the coated surface or fabric.

What’s the difference between DTF, UV DTF, and Sublimation?

DTF (Direct to Film) – Uses heat and pressure to transfer your design onto any color fabric, including cotton and blends. Great for shirts, hoodies, and apparel.

UV DTF – A peel-and-stick decal that needs no heat press. Perfect for hard, smooth surfaces like glass, tumblers, acrylic, and metal.

Sublimation – Uses heat to turn ink into gas that bonds with polyester fabrics or poly-coated blanks. Works best on light-colored materials like mugs and shirts.

Can I use a Cricut EasyPress or home iron?

A heat press is recommended for the best finish and lasting results. While an EasyPress can work for small projects, uneven pressure may cause incomplete adhesion or fading over time.
